Any defined terms in myhealthtest’s Terms of Use, Everly Health Solution’s Terms of Service or Natalist’s Terms of Service have the same meaning when used in this Notice. By using the Platforms that link to those terms, you consent to the collection and use of the personal information in accordance with this Notice and the terms linked by the Platforms.
